SOCIAL ACTIVITIES

You are invited to a fun social night for dinner at Newmasons, Warragul VIC, on Friday Evening 7.00pm 26th June. This evening will kick off our judges Seminar and all are invited for what will be an enjoyable get together of like-minded people.

The corollary social events and activities that will be organised by the Australasian Arabian Breeders Coalition (AABC) are planned as follows:

Annual Coalition Social Gathering

• Create opportunities for breeders to gather together for excursions within Australia & New Zealand

    * Majority of activities are purposely social and recreational

    * Possible local breeder visits

    * Possible educational forums with Guest Speakers

• Principal aim is to build Community amongst AABC Members/Breeders through shared experiences

Annual Coalition Breeders Retreat

• Hands-on educational breeder’s retreat organised at Member farm(s)

• Ideally conducted over a long weekend (2-3 days)

• Equal parts educational seminars and horse evaluation

    * Aim is to provide breeders with hands-on breeding tools & evaluation of several living generations of horses

• Priority attendance given first to all Coalition Members

    * If space is available, other breeders who have attended the Celebration or the AAIC may participate

 

Organised International Trips | Breeders’ Tours & Event Attendance

• Create opportunities for breeders to gather together for excursions at international Arabian horse events

    * Likely organised around major international events

    * Participate in international tours of breeding farms

    * Meet and socialise with breeders from around the world

    * Create opportunity to Coalition members to discover other parts of the world

• Principal aim is to build Community amongst AABC Members/Breeders through shared experiences

• Secondary aim it to expose more Australasian breeders to Arabian horse breeders/activities around the world
